CHECK IN We are thrilled to have you stay with us! Check in starts at 4pm local time. A valid I.D. and credit card are required to check in, so please have them ready. While we strive to accommodate every guest, early check in is subject to availability. Please call the front desk at 808.669.0400 for more information. The beach is always available for your enjoyment while waiting for your room. LUGGAGE We understand that transportation times do not always coincide with check in and check out times. For your convenience, guests can use our vacation club room for luggage and food storage. Note that this room is not monitored 24/7. For security reasons, please do not leave luggage unattended in the resort. If you have any questions or want more information about luggage storage options, contact the front desk at 808.669.0400. For your convenience, luggage carts are available for guest use in the basement level of each building. Please return luggage carts to the basement level when not in use. QUIET HOURS We strive to ensure that all guests have a stress free and relaxing vacation. Please respect the quiet hours of 9pm to 9am. BUSINESS CENTER The resort’s business center offers a computer and printer for all of your business needs. It is located in Cowry tower and is open from 5am to 10pm for easy access during your stay. The computer usage fee is $5 per 10 minutes and $0.25 per black & white page printed. Please note there is no color printing available. ATM The ATM is located in The Beach House Bar & Grill and can be accessed from 7am to 10pm. LINENS & TOWELS To ensure a cozy vacation, enough linens and towels have been placed in your unit to last the length of your stay. Extra linens & towels plus items for the sofa sleeper are located in the hallway closet. WI-FI Internet connection via Wi-Fi is available in your unit only. Please note there is no access to Wi-Fi in common areas such as the lobby or by the pool. Smoking of tobacco, marijuana, and e-cigarettes is prohibited in all guest rooms, balconies, and common areas. Evidence of smoking in the resort will result in a $750 cleaning charge. Guest smoking is allowed in designated areas for tobacco and e-cigarettes only. APPLIANCES For your enjoyment, each unit is equipped with a full kitchen including the following appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. To make your stay even easier, your unit comes with the following: washer & dryer, telephone, television with cable, alarm clock, hair dryer, and iron & ironing board. DURING YOUR STAY

UNIT CLEANLINESS Our beautiful island is home to a wide range of creatures that contribute to our ecosystem. Occasionally, that leads to some unwanted pests in our resort. Please take the following precautions to mitigate the occurrences of these pests in your unit. Empty all trash during your stay and upon check out. There are trash chutes located on each floor next to the elevator at the end of the hallway. Clean all kitchen surfaces after preparing food and eating, tightly seal leftover food, and store all food containers in the refrigerator or freezer.
